How we test accessibility
- Automated regression checks for page landmarks, accessible names, form labels, status messages and table headers.
- Keyboard-only navigation checks, including visible focus and modal focus handling.
- Screen reader checks of core sign-in, data-entry and submission journeys.
- Contrast, text resize and reflow checks, including 200% zoom.
Known issues
We continue to test new and changed features. If an accessibility problem affects you, please contact us and we’ll help.
- Third-party services linked from myFilerQ - Personal Tax may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
- Wide tax calculations and data tables can be scrolled horizontally at high zoom while preserving their two-dimensional relationships.
We prioritise fixes that block core tasks: navigation, sign-up/login, entering records, and preparing returns.
